How Robots Help Nurses Focus on Professional Task Engagement and Reduce Nurses’ Turnover Intention

Purpose To examine how robot-enabled focus on professional task engagement and robot-reduced nonprofessional are related to nurses’ turnover intention. Design We adopted a two-wave study design. Methods collected the first wave of data in large hospital Taiwan during October November 2019 second between December February 2020. used from 331 nurses who participated both waves. Findings found that is positively overall job satisfaction perceived health improvement.
